Fury Bear presents the 1:14 Nooteboom OSDS-48-03EB
Fury Bear presents the new Nooteboom OSDS-48-03EB extendable semi low loader on a 1:14 scale during the 2020 Spielwarenmesse in Nürnberg. Fury Bear has developed the new 1:14 trailer in collaboration and under license with Nooteboom Trailers. The aim was to recreate the trailer as truthfully as possible and to develop the same functions that the original Nooteboom semi low loader has. We succeeded! The trailer is made entirely of CNC machined aluminum and has 3 axles, an extendable loading floor.

three-axle Nooteboom Licensed OSDS low-loader can simulate the telescopic length
of the real trailer to achieve real working conditions. The length of the
trailer can be quickly operated by the chassis column bolt. The maximum
extension size can reach 400mm.

three-axle Nooteboom Licensed OSDS low-loader has the same structure as the
original trailer the same with adjustable trail ramps can be realized at the
rear of the trailer. These can be freely set to the desired width of
160mm-220mm, which can meet working conditions for loading wide loads possible.

three-axle Nooteboom Licensed OSDS low-loader has the exclusive electronic
module unit of FURY BEAR, and can operate the front and rear foot lifting,
ramps lift, and reversing tail axle centering function. All can be operated on
the control panel consistent with the real Nooteboom manual operation.
FURY BEAR three-axle Nooteboom Licensed OSDS low-loader also has the special designed electronic control unit, which can simulate ramp movement of the real trailer. The ramps uses special designed pressure-sensitive electronic unit, which monitor the pressure during the operation. This pressure-sensitive unit will stop the ramps in an instant when external forces are applied to the ramps. This will maximize the safety of players and equipment.
Self-tracking axle, extendible load floor widening, the support legs and ramps can be controlled remotely. The scale model is executed with automatic folding ramps, offering a low angle of inclination,just like the original Nooteboom OSDS, have air-suspended axles through the air bellows. This function can also be controlled remotely.
To complete the model, the Fury Bear Nooteboom OSDS-48-03 semi lowloader is equipped with storage and toolboxes, lashing rings, fire extinguisher and width marker plates and of course the official Nooteboom logos. To complete the model, even the instruction labels and the other markings have been placed on the trailer.
